What if we need to cancel?

All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs from inclement weather conditions, a rain check will be given. Rain checks expire 1 year from the time they are given. No refunds will be made after the equipment has been delivered.

What is your weather policy?

If the weather turns bad, there is no fee to cancel as long as you inform us before we leave to set up. If you paid a deposit or balance, your deposit or balance amount will be saved as a rain check available for credit within 1 year, in your name. Once the equipment is delivered, there will be no rain checks or refunds available.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, because our party rental equipment is rented on a first come first reserved basis we require a $50.00 deposit on orders $0-$399 to reserve and 50% deposit required on orders over $400. This assures you of receiving the items you have reserved. No refund will be given with less than 48 hour cancellation (bad weather inclements not included). We accept all major debit and credit cards

Is the equipment clean?

Yes, Cleanliness is part of our safety initiative. We clean and we use professional grade disinfect our inflatables and all of our equipment (concession machines, tables, chairs, etc) every week at our warehouse. We vacuum, spray and wipe/scrub using a high quality professional grade cleaner / disinfectant.

Does the price include set up and delivery?

Yes, although travel fees or mininum orders may apply for areas further out. Born 2 Bounce Party Rental courteous drivers will deliver and set up each Inflatable and insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party begins and at breakdown after the party/event is over. Prices do not include sales tax.

Do you deliver to other cities?

Yes, please see our "Delivery Area" or call our office if you do not see your area for a current price quote.

How long does it take to set up the equipment?

Depending on the equipment it can take anywhere for 30 - 60 minutes to set up. We plan for this and will have the equipment ready before your party/event start time

What type of area/surface is needed to set-up the inflatables? flat as possible and preferably a grassy area. However, we can set up indoors, on concrete and asphalt. There is an additional fee due to the extra equipment that we must provide to secure the units safetly to the ground. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper ground covers and anchors for your party/event. The area must be clear of loose rocks, dog droppings, tree branches and any sharp objects. The customer will be charged a $50 fee if our delivery driver/installers are unable to set up for reasons above or if there are unsafe conditions that exist.

Do you deliver if my home is on hill/valley or has steps to the set up location?

Due to the extreme weight of our inflatables and for the safety of our employees, Born 2 Bounce Party Rental will not deliver up or down steep hills and no more than 1 step to set up and take down location (exceptions may apply with added delivery charge due the need of additional worker for that job). If you believe your party location may fall into this criteria or have questions, please call our office (210) 872-7654 and we would love to help you out. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I rent an inflatable overnight?

Yes for an additional fee, however the inflatable must be set up in a backyard or an area that is fenced and locked up. The lessee must also remove the blower from the inflatable device and lock it up in a secured area overnight. Born 2 Bounce Party Rental reserves the right to cancel at any time if we have reason to believe that our property is a risk of injury, theft or due to weather changes (heavy winds, rain, lighting, etc)

Can I pick up the unit?

No, for safety of the participants and to insure a quality functional unit our staff is required to deliver and set up each unit

Is supervision provided in the cost of the rental?

No. Each inflatable requires one adult supervisor. We require customers to read, understand and sign a waiver stipulating all the safety rules and guidelines to be followed. You may provide your own adult supervision or we will be happy to accommodate you with supervision for an additional fee. A safe party is a successful party!

When do you set up?

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive anywhere from 1/2 an hour to 3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

Do we have to keep the inflatable plugged in the entire time?

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ but no more than 75' of the unit or a generator will be needed. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. For overnight rentals, blowers should be turned off and unplugged once party/event ends for that day and locked up in a secured location.

Will Born 2 Bounce Party Rental set up in parks?

Yes we will set-up at all parks with permission. Check with the park prior to the event to make sure that inflatables are allowed in the park. Most state, county or regional parks need permission and or permits prior to us setting up inflatables in them. Most parks you need a generator so please check power source of park before ordering. Please call our office if you are planning on having your party/event at a park so we can go over some information with you...ex: insurance certificate, our park fee, location, set up time, etc.

Do parks have electricity?

Some parks have electrical outlets but most of them do not within the area of where the inflatables are going. You will then need to rent a generator (see party equipment). One generator will power up to 2 - 2 HP blowers. Our delivery personal cannot wait at the park/NON Residential location if there is no electricity

What payments do you take?

You can pay us using any debit or credit card for the deposit. The remaining balance can be charged on that same card on file (24 hours prior to rental day, call our office to let us know if we are charging your card with balance) or you can pay cash for the remaining balance when we deliver the equipment. We do not wait for trips to the bank or ATM machine, since we do have other scheduled deliveries to make. Please note that our drivers do not carry change, so please have exact amount at delivery. No personal checks. Checks from business, schools or churches are accepted with prior notification.

How big are the inflatables? Any Special Requirements

Each inflatable varies in size but most of our inflatables are 15´x15´x 25'-45' in length, which is a little bigger than many companies. Please note the space required for each inflatable (listed under each inflatable) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Inflatables need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the inflatable. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup. Also, make sure you have at least a 4´ access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 800 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.

Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE Customer is held liable for any and all damages to equipment other than normal wear and tear. (Examples but not limited to: Ripped seam on an inflatable due to "overloading riders") However customer is not liable for damages to equipment due to previously damaged or faulty equipment %u2013 customer may buy additional damage waiver policy for 8% of the rental price to protect against accidental equipment damage - the damage waiver does not cover negligence, silly string, confetti, ripped seams from over loading the units, or theft of the unit

When should I book my kid's birthday party or Church/School event?

Most customers reserve our units weeks to months in advance, so the sooner the better! However, if you find yourself a few days before your event without any entertainment, call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. We strive to make your event a success.

What are the inflatable rules?

Adult Supervision is required at all times

No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum, candy, silly string, or drinks on units

No hanging on basketball hoop, climbing on walls, or netting

Can your delivery drivers/installers accept tips?

Tips are appreciated for exceptional service but are not required
